In the case that your order arrives damaged, or is not correct, we will send you a corrected order free of charge.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on consumable items. All sales are final. Durable Items
We accept returns of merchandise returned within 30 days of its delivery date. Items being returned will be refunded in full to the original method of payment within 5 business days of their return to us. Email our team at hello@shopbeej.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.
Customer assumes responsibility for any shipping costs for postage on returned items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that do not meet the above requirements.
